Are kids allowed at the property?
Yes, children are welcome at our property.
Due to our unique architectural design, we have elevated nets, hammocks, stairs, and a pool on site. For the safety of all guests, we kindly ask that parents or guardians supervise children at all times and take full responsibility for their safety during the stay.
Can we arrange yoga classes during our stay?
Yes, actually this is our daily program of holding yoga lessons.
Are there any Restaurants or Shops nearby?
Yes, we have a small restaurant that can deliver food at our small restaurant and a small shop or supermarket nearby.
Are you located in Ubud?
No we are not in Ubud. Magic Hills Bali is a 90 minute drive from Ubud. We are located in Selat, Karangasem Regency, about 20 minutes from Sidemen.
Can you arrange a photo shoot during our stay?
Yes, definitely we can arrange photographer and videographer, please let us know in advance!!
Can we visit a local ceremony in the village?
Yes we did, we almost welcome all our guests to visit Local Temples and Hindu Ceremonies, Balinese dances and more, it’s our pleasure to host Nyoman to explain about the culture and traditions in Bali.
Why don’t you have rooms available?
Reservations are usually made by guests 3-6 months in advance (we recommend making your reservation in advance).
Can I pay with credit card a the property?
We do not accept credit cards at the property. Any additional expenses for food, transport and activities will need to be paid in cash. Please note that there is no ATM machine nearby and we highly recommend to bring sufficient cash with you on your arrival.
What are the check in and checkout times?
Check in is at 3pm and checkout is by 12pm.
What is the cancellations policy?
Cancellation policy with booking.com : To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days prior to check-in. Guests can also get a full refund within 48 hours of booking if cancellation occurs at least 14 days prior to check-in. If a guest cancels between 7 and 30 days before check-in, you will be paid 50% for all nights. If a guest cancels less than 7 days before check-in, you will receive 100% payment for all nights.
